Currently, we ship orders within India only.
Order Processing
- Order processing typically starts on the next working day after order confirmation.
- Processing may take up to 2 working days.
- We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Order tracking details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is generally free unless specified otherwise. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Order Charges, Processing & Shipping
- COD availability depends on our courier partnersβ COD serviceability for the delivery location.
- An additional COD charge of βΉ99 ##Β applies where COD is selected and available.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we require a confirmation within 2 working days via WhatsApp, phone call, or both before dispatch. This helps us ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- We may cancel COD orders that appear unverified, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent, or where confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe.
- We may also disable COD for certain orders or locations based on serviceability and internal risk assessments.

Courier Partners
We work with the best available courier partners, selected based on the fastest and most reliable delivery option for your shipping address. Courier partner allocation may vary depending on location, serviceability, and operational factors.
Expected Delivery Date (EDD)
The Expected Delivery Date (EDD) shown on the Website or shared via communication channels is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date. EDD is calculated based on the past delivery performance of our courier partners.
In some cases, your parcel may arrive slightly earlier or later than the EDD depending on courier operations, location, and transit conditions.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incomplete addresses, or unforeseen events including natural events, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Non-Serviceable Addresses
If your shipping address is in an area not serviced by our courier partners, you will need to provide an alternate address. Otherwise, we will cancel your order and refund any prepaid amount.
Address Changes
Customers may request a change to the shipping address before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Failed Delivery, Return-To-Origin & Re-Shipping
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or other issues attributable to the customer, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse (Return-To-Origin).
In such cases, two-way shipping charges will apply and must be paid online before the order is resent. The two-way shipping charge (as per actual) will be informed before dispatch and may be different from the shipping cost charged while placing the order.
Lost-In-Transit Shipments
In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. Once the loss is confirmed, the customer will be sent a replacement parcel.
