Ordering & Payments

We accept UPI, credit & debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

COD availability depends on courier partner serviceability for your location. A COD charge may apply. Please read our shipping policy more detail.

For COD orders, we require confirmation within 2 working days via WhatsApp, phone call, or both. This helps ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping

Order processing usually starts the next working day and may take up to 2 working days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

EDD is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date. Your order may arrive earlier or later depending on courier operations and transit conditions.

Yes. Tracking information is shared via Email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible

If your address falls under a non-serviceable pincode, we may request an alternate address. If not possible, the order will be cancelled and prepaid amounts refunded.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed

Returns, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

Physical products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to policy conditions

Yes. We offer a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our eligible products,
subject to inspection and policy terms.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition and original packaging with all accessories intact

Returns are accepted for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing items
  • Change of mind (within the return window)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or installed products
  • Tampered or repaired items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Subjective reasons (performance expectations, color variation, preference issues)
  • Products no longer needed
  • Claims raised outside the return window
  • For damaged, wrong, or missing items: Seroksa bears the cost
  • For change-of-mind or replacement requests: customer bears return shipping

Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned product. Banks may take 5โ€“7 working days to reflect the amount

COD refunds are processed via UPI only. Customers must share valid UPI details

Replacements

Any approved replacement is shipped as per our Shipping Policy, including standard processing and delivery timelines.

Warranty

Warranty applies only to products where it is explicitly mentioned on the product or product page.

Warranty duration is as mentioned on the product or product page and is calculated from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional defects under normal use

Warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, accidents, liquids, fire, or power issues.

Warranty claims can be raised via Email, WhatsApp, or Support Page, along with a clear video showing the defect.

After inspection and verification, the product may be repaired or replaced, based on its condition.

This is an off-site warranty. Customers send the product to us for inspection. Repaired or replacement products are shipped by us as per our Shipping Policy
