Eligibility For Returns

Physical Products

Physical products are eligible for return, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are refundable once activated, subject to review and approval based on the nature of usage and the request raised by the customer.

Return & Refund Window

  • Return requests for physical products must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with all accessories, labels, manuals, and inserts intact.

Accepted Reasons For Return & Refund

We accept return and refund requests in the following cases:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing items
  • Change of mind by the customer, provided the request is raised within the return period window

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all physical products purchased from Seroksa.

The guarantee period is calculated from the date of delivery of the product.

To be eligible under this guarantee:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, along with all accessories, labels, and inserts

Refunds under the Money-Back Guarantee are subject to inspection and approval as per the terms outlined in this policy.

Return & Refund Request Process

Customers can initiate a return request using any of the following channels:

For claims involving damaged, missing, or wrong items, a clear unboxing videoΒ showing the issue are mandatory. Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, wrong, or missing items, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
  • For replacement requests or change-of-mind returns, the customer will bear the return shipping cost, provided the request is raised within the eligible return window.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds may be processed via:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • A combination of both, depending on the case

Refunds, returns or replacements are processed only after the returned product is received by us and the customer’s claim is verified in accordance with this policy.

Once a refund is approved, refunds are processed immediately from our end. However, banks or payment service providers may take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount in the customer’s account.

COD Refunds

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds are processed via UPI only.
  • Customers are required to share valid UPI details to enable refund processing.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Exclusions For Return & Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are no longer required or deemed unnecessary by the customer.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or partially consumed.
  • Products that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
  • Returns based on subjective or perceptive reasons, including but not limited to performance expectations, color shade variations, design preferences, or dissatisfaction not related to defects.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Claims raised outside the return window or without required proof.

Abuse & Misuse Prevention

Seroksa reserves the right to deny return, refund, or replacement requests in cases of repeated misuse, suspicious activity, or attempts to exploit this policy. This includes excessive or unreasonable return requests.
