This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from Seroksa.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Thinkglo Technologies, registered in Gurugram – 122018, Haryana, India.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty is applicable only for products where a warranty is explicitly mentioned on the product itself or on the respective product page on the Website.
If no warranty is mentioned for a product, it shall be considered not covered under warranty.
Warranty Period
The warranty duration is as mentioned on the product or product page. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.
What The Warranty Covers
Subject to verification, the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional defects arising during normal and intended use of the product
What The Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, mishandling, abuse, or negligence
- Improper installation, setup, or usage contrary to instructions

A clear video showing the defect is mandatory to support the warranty claim. Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.
Warranty Verification
All warranty claims are processed only after inspection and verification of the product. Approval is subject to our assessment of the issue and compliance with this policy.
Warranty Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, resolution will be provided in the form of repair or replacement, based on the condition of the product and at the sole discretion of Seroksa. Refunds, if any, are limited to cases deemed appropriate by Seroksa.
Shipping Under Warranty
We offer off-site warranty.
- The customer is required to send the product to us for inspection.
- The sending address will be shared by Seroksa based on the customer’s location after the warranty claim is reported.
- Once approved, the repaired or replacement product will be shipped by Seroksa.
- Replacement shipping will be carried out as per our Shipping Policy 🔗, including applicable processing and delivery timelines.
Proof Of Purchase
To claim warranty, customers must provide:
- Valid Order ID
- Invoice issued at the time of purchase
Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase will not be entertained.
Limitation Of Liability
Warranty remedies under this policy are strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product. Seroksa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use or failure of the product.
